Charter planters
Bernadette made the last changes on comments on the Charter before being sent to Yann Lelheuxe which shall submit to Cabinet Yves Contassot. We decided
not change over the Charter because it will be rewritten anyway and that we are not lawyers.
We have a schedule to keep because we are at the end of term of office and there are several steps. The question now arises of the method to follow. A meeting is scheduled with the firm of Lemercier Evelyne Contassot and legal services for the City.
Is it better to hold the meeting first and let the legal services then work from our proposals? Or let the legal work from our text and then meet to discuss their new proposals?

The first solution (first show) seems more sensible approach to avoid a funeral or a loop from hell.

Wish ... funding for planters and content on the investment budget of QC. At present the plenary on 5 April. See attached text. Recovery actions

Participation in the activities of the group Greening is insufficient to create a real dynamic. Proposals:
pooling efforts with the other neighborhoods? Water Tower / Lancry (Pierre Prades, "Greening the sidewalks) and Louis Blanc interested in the same subjects, this is the QC Redith Esten Louis Blanc / Aqueduct which brought to the agenda of the plenary of the Apr. 3 revegetation activities.

verify the addresses of the mailing list Greening (action Emmanuel).

Cotton
be distributed to the streets on May 1st of cotton put to germinate in the previous week yoghurt pots or cups.
Emmanuel has created a blog in the meantime special cotton and is filed http://ouate.blogspot.com/ Guide Arts cotton Gilles.
