Article 1 - Purpose

ARTICLE 4.-INSTALLATION REQUIREMENTS FOR FLOWER

ARTICLE 5 .-
CANCEL THE CAUSES AND CONDITIONS OF WITHDRAWAL OF AUTHORIZATION

9.-JUDGEMENT OF DISPUTES Any dispute
that may arise regarding the implementation of this order may be a claim with the administration. Failing agreement, the dispute shall be brought before the courts.
