Famosasmexicana Follando

24 to 30 October 2010

Sunday day a little ugly, winter is here, there is frost on the car. There is no question of staying in the caravan throughout the day although my hobbies keep me occupied. Paul, me and the doggies we need to take to the air and we take the opportunity to shop. So close to our departure, as I buy because I do not want to store before leaving, just to keep the trailer as light as possible. We'll buy vegetables for dinner and poke around a bit at the Canadian Tire (Paul took the opportunity because it lacks what store guy during the winter). Back at the caravan Paul needs to adjust the water pressure flowing too hard is probably why we had problems in the tap of the bathroom sink. The water pressure in a trailer must not exceed 45lbs since the start of the campers, since we are almost alone in using the water pressure is too high and there must be a gizmo to reduce it, now the water barely flows ... you add the pump tank to address (it is never easy). We eat pork chops for dinner with a cider snow that has been offered by friends, it's a nice discovery.
Monday, it's another gray day in autumn, we will do errands in the morning and back to prepare the meal for dinner. We receive and Suzanne Francis, it was time to meet, we love this couple but circumstances have meant that we have hardly had time to talk of the summer. We have reasons to celebrate, Francis is recovering well from surgery and Suzanne retires at the end, what good news! It discusses their possible projects for the coming years, they were shown pictures of Texas to encourage them to come and visit this winter. The evening passes too much glass as we appreciate their company. We wish them both a pension fun and serene.
Tuesday, today we are celebrating an early Christmas with my girls. This year, Joel and Phil we get home, faithful to its current eating habits, she cooking Japanese dishes, chicken wings with sesame, radish salad, apples and walnuts, mesclun salad, both with house dressing, steamed rice dumplings and small steamed pork and shrimp that we stuffed in the afternoon. The meal was delicious, I am pleasantly surprised by the culinary exploits of Joel and Phil. After dinner, we exchange Gift, scarf for Paul, mixing bowls with lids for me (I was looking for last year) and an assortment of beautiful beads for my favorite hobby. We offer winter boots for girls and T-shirts to their friends. There is also the traditional calendar of 365 days photo cats (some years they are dogs) that we offer them every year. We spent a wonderful evening, what good times spent with them before leaving.
Wednesday it is summer is back, what a beautiful day! We will meet at Pizza Four Seasons and Huguette Michel for lunch and I make washes to laundry next door. We are disappointed by the food, this is not the first time, plus their prices are high (I compared with a similar restaurant on Tuesday, they charge at least $ 3. More expensive for a plate-like). We'll eat elsewhere next year. After lunch, we will take a long walk, we must enjoy it because it was so beautiful, it's nice to see the sun shine. I forgot to mention on Monday we booked at Disney World for eight days and seven nights in early November, it will cost us $ 1810.US for 8 days and 7 nights for two people. To this amount we 7 nights in one place "Premium" in the camp located directly on the site so no parking to find and pay, 8 days to Disney World attractions with potential to jump from one park to another, eating out, snack (U.S.) and a cafeteria-style meals per day. It will be a return to childhood for both of us, we went with the children and thousands of years ago we noted that many attractions for adults, we intend to enjoy it.
Thursday, the winter is not back yet, it feels good. In the morning I make a pie crust Key Lime with chocolate to make tonight. We are invited to Micheline and Pierre for dinner and go do a bunch of errands en route. We finally had to change my health insurance system (it's been twelve days since we had requested) Paul can get his medication for the holidays in the south, certainly we will apply the earlier Next year is a bit stressful when you're three days before departure. As elsewhere, claims for drugs are now handled by another firm, which took two days now takes more than a week. ... So this is progress! We go to our friends spend the evening and enjoy a delicious meal prepared by Michelin, as usual we are blessed. When we are not with them issues discussed at four, Paul has too much to share with Peter and me with Micheline, the evening is too short, it goes like lightning, this is what happens when you have a good time .
Friday, we prepare for our departure. Having a trailer is like having a boat, it never ends, there is always something to improve, repair or replace. The water flow goes from the campsite trickle pressure to dumb pipe burst without warning. Paul had installed a pressure reducer which has resulted in reducing the pressure without taking into account the flow at the source, result: it takes three minutes to fill a glass. We are thus looking for a gizmo that adjusts the pressure, Paul found a place called Aqua-pump that sells this stuff at the modest price of $ 100. Thereafter he must find the connectors and adapters that can connect this contraption made pipe from house to garden hoses that feed the trailer. Games mechanic for Paul, who was overjoyed because at the end of the day, everything works and we have a water flow like 45lbs recommended. In the afternoon, we'll have a look at CNDM to pay our annual fee and lunch with wine for our evening tomorrow (we will not be there to receive the invoice) and findings that work to dredge the harbor's prepared, there are several yellow stakes indicating the site to dig. ... Paul returns for taking pictures frozen because it is not warm and windy. In the evening we finish the final touches on our costumes for tomorrow night.
Saturday, winter arrived, it snowed that night, it will teach us to wait so late to leave. This is the annual Oyster Party Paul's family is Christian her son receives at home, Paul is glad to see everyone including her three other children who live in Montreal. I stay here because my costume though ready to be adjusted, I dress as a woman veiled (see photo is me with the beads in the face) I try everything and nothing stays in place: the mainsail slides over my head and the part that covers my face falls around the neck, so I have to be patented and elastic seams to try to make everything stable. Finally once I'm comfortable with the results, I'll join Paul Christian in this gave me the chance Chatting a bit with the family. We put on our costumes, take some pictures and we go sailing club dinner to closing. What a nice surprise, the room was packed, people are well dressed, to wear black ghosts (from Harry Potter) ahead to let us enter. The evening was very successful, the food is good, there's entertainment and prizes, all in settings that had to take dozens of hours to install. We were surprised at how much people had given themselves the trouble to dress up, it was a lovely evening, nice end of our sailing season.

Card Message New Baby Twins

Vendanges

This year should provide good wines, but not with grapes below the origin of which would come from America, discovered during a visit

the Natural History Museum in Toulouse with a few sunny Sunday (rare in summer),

we found in the botanical garden

this kind of "American pokeweed" It is not with the grapes that can fill a bottle and enjoy the drink!
Californian wines, made from European grape varieties, and using the techniques of French winemakers who have settled for the development today to give both high yields and excellent wines (lots of good quality and Sunshine the NAPA VALLEY) unintended result of which house well we do not know the origin (probably brought some seeds of the Pyrenees which have taken root)

Sour Stomach Black Poop

17 to 23 October 2010

Sunday, a whole day in the caravan, this is not common. We still have things to do, Paul has decided to add a partition in our closets (the cellar) we put our wine and liquor bottles. It occupies part of the day because we have to cut, stain and install. Since it's nice we take the opportunity to take a long walk with the dogs, Paul brings his camera but it is too late, the colors are spectacular in the past, it does not even take a picture. I fun with my sewing and I make a part of our costume for the closing night. I spend the remaining time to play several games on my computer ... sacred Louise, she certainly did not know how I will ship when she sent me a game
Monday, there are still boats are not out of the water, so it blew on Friday that the output has been stopped because it was dangerous. Paul decides to lend a hand saw that some boat owners can not come because they work. We arrive at about 8am, not girls, they are not came this morning, I decided to go rummage through the stores because it's too cold to sit there doing nothing, it suits me. I return for lunch and Louise arrived, we eat with Louise, Pierre, Marcel, Pierre (Papu), and Claude, this is probably the last time we go to China this year. Back to the sailboat, Paul takes action to the saloon table, he wants to remake Texas is one of five projects it has on its list of carpentry (he does not get bored). We return to the caravan after being at UPS get our GPS has received a new battery after the recall.
Tuesday is warmer than yesterday is a good day for walking. I go to Joel and we're going to score for lunch and then we'll buy what we need to make fudge. It's always nice to spend time with my daughters, I want because I do not see him for nearly six months. We cook the fudge, but I must leave before it is completely cooled, it is also good because I certainly do not need all those calories. Paul's side went shopping and returned to CNDM to store some things we will not need this winter. He returned to the caravan and works to make a final tablet. The evening is quiet and I play with my beads.
Wednesday, quiet day, we try to book our week at Disney World but their booking system is not available (it should be today but they must have problems) it reminds me of my career computer. Paul goes to see one of his doctors this morning, as he had no blood it makes it a requirement to go to the hospital (he has no laboratory and does not charge $ 350. For Tests like our family doctor). I finally sew a tablecloth I bought this fabric last year but I forgot. Upon returning from the doctor, Paul works on the photos of France, but in the afternoon unable to do more to stay locked in the trailer, we go shopping.
Thursday, it rains buckets, it's really fall. We are invited by Peter and Louise in a restaurant in Old Montreal, on McGill. We'll get home and go to eat Brit & Chips Fish and Chips as this charming little restaurant just opened a few weeks ago and earned a laudatory article in the Press. Paul is an avid this food and can not help but to order when this dish is on the menu, (he ate almost every day in New Zealand), it is therefore well placed to assess the quality of their products. We are delighted with our meal and the ambience of the place. Friendly service, good choice of fish, cooked just right (often the restaurants here too long cook fish and dry out). Since we are in Old, I ask to stop at the furrier who stores my coat for five years now and I found a beautiful black leather coat that I like very much, I offer this gift as long ago j 'seeks to one is the right time because it is really cold, it will be useful.
Friday, it's cold .... The evidence, Clarissa moved to the small heater all day, the poor become cautious as they age. In the morning we make the household, Paul cleans the air ducts of the furnace gases as they are filled with dust and dog hair. No way to stay in the caravan was on the move, anyway, there is a shortage of meat and they want to walk. We are thus rendered at Costco to buy lamb chops, filet mignon and salmon, I can not resist and buy a box of cookies with a chocolate coating. We do many other races before returning home, Paul had made his short list. We return to the caravan to taste the lamb dinner and Paul works to make a DVD with photos of France to give to his children before leaving for the south.
Saturday, I will meet Valerie who invites me to the restaurant for brunch. We walk into stores and I want to buy oven mitts (I spend my time when I burn my kitchen). I come home to find Paul, who works on his computer like a madman, he wants to finish the photos from when he lived in France. Jonathan and Karen come to dinner, we offer salmon. During the meal Jonathan scans the barcode picture of the bottle with its iPhone, it gives us the place where the product sells the least expensive, the bottle up to the third of the price we paid, he took a photo of the label and we had emailed her immediately via phone, iPhone is amazing, it has applications such as GPS, camera, conversion of photos (he has made monsters with pictures of friends) Paul decides he wants to go to Apple to learn more about this little gem. The evening goes well and the photos bring back many memories Jonathan. Men talk of their memories and Technology French and I show Karen how to make a spiral bracelet because she likes crafts. Soon it's time they left and we watch them go with regret, they are really charming.

Fruity Sweet Champagne

10 to 16 October 2010

Sunday we're going to CNDM for brunch, the restaurant of the club prepares for the closing dinner, the restaurant is filled with Halloween decorations, skeletons, vampires and zombies hanging the ceiling is fun. Paul invited his children and little Max is delighted by the decor, he walks everywhere and wants to be photographed with each monster are even dozens of suits in the second. Jonathan's wife Karen is a teacher and could have a one year contract at a school near her home, we did wait until the last day before the back to the contact, the system is very disorganized in this area, it says there is a shortage of teachers and we keep no job security for years, not to encourage young people to go in this area. When we come back, Paul will do a bike ride on the bike path to take pictures and look again on the Resort in Orlando to recheck the costs, so we can stay 7 days, meals, camping and admission to the various parks for $ 1.510. U.S..
Monday coconing day, I like to stay here a few times for fun with my hobbies, it's nice. Paul, who can not sit still found an occupation, he made some shelves for cabinets, bravo! These trailers are built with storage space without shelves and, over time, we decide where to put our things, that's when we know where the tablets would be appropriate. It banters a bit with a neighbor who tells us that our friends camping here, which also go to Llano Grande, will not this year because he has health problems. It is difficult for nomads like us, fortunately, they found a house, they will rent the house with friends who leave for the winter.
Tuesday, Paul has a meeting with his financial planner, the market was ultimately not too hard for him. Fabricville I go to buy fabric to complement our costumes for the festival closing. Then I'll spend part of the day with Joel and Phil, the day is beautiful, we will eat at Pizza Hut and we take great Angrignon walk in the park, it's always nice to see them. They gave me a demonstration of Kindle Ebook, they are very satisfied with this product and have been buying a book for it while I was home. Paul's side went to cover the boat and began to remove the vessel liquid including water in the tanks, it will still go back there again because the water tank was full and it is not yet empty.
Wednesday's luncheon for retirees StandardLife. I'm going to town with the car to Dorval and I take the bus to Metro. There is an advantage to be older because I was a young man left his seat on the bus. I go to Sherbrooke for the cocktail and it is this year several of my knowledge at the meeting and it is very enjoyable. I did not go last year because last year I did not find it so interesting, I did not know much 'world. There was this year one of the doctors who had worked with us that now more than 90 years, it is impressive because it is still in full possession of his faculties. After a delicious lunch (fish with soy sauce and ginger slices with vegetables and rice flavored), I contacted my friend Ermi in the building, I was very pleased to see her and I also met Anne Marie, who had created logo Nantelise, they were charming. On the way back to the subway, I stopped seeing my friends on Stanley work, my boss George will retire soon, and once again the reaction of my former colleagues were very warm, what a beautiful day! Paul's side has finished winterizing the boat and started doing a jig for the grating that will build this winter at Llano Grande.
Thursday, it's nice, Paul finishes installing my tablets in the bathroom this time. These tablets are a good improvement, everything is easier to store. In the afternoon we will continue to work CNDM, Paul wants to make a walkway to the cockpit floor, it takes the dimensions using a cardboard box is light to carry in Texas, he has a list of fifteen projects to be done in the carpentry shop, I wonder if I will see during our stay, it will certainly be the caravan at least for dinner. We installed a counter on our blog, we are pleasantly surprised to see that there were 57 readings yesterday .... Wow!
Friday, how dull day, it rains buckets, and more sales. I decided to dye my hair, I found a pale gray approaching (supposedly) a lot of white because I want to let my hair grow white or gray, we'll see. Unfortunately, when staining is complete, my hair is darker than before dyeing #% *! ! We go to Costco to buy some Romano cheese and four cans of Van Houtte coffee we like, we should be sufficient for the trip. Paul took the opportunity to buy toys for his grandchildren because he wants to offer them something for Christmas. We return to the caravan where I try to make the pudding unemployed, this thing is sweet, it will be something for years. Paul completes the shelf of the bathroom, I am very happy with the result. Since it is not beautiful, he used it to scan the photos he had taken when he lived in France, it reminds him of beautiful memories.
Saturday, no rain, we will be able to play outside. Paul keeps small because Christian and Nancy go to a wedding. He spends quality time with them because Max is obsessed by vampires and the little changes a lot, he found that a lot of work to care for two toddlers. I'll spend the day with Valerie, we're going to eat brunch and decide to cook up new recipes for dinner: pork tenderloin with pears, tomatoes and zucchini baked potatoes and parmesan baked too, our choices were happy because the meal was very good, what are recipes to keep. I play with Valerie at Chloe, our beautiful cat who has lived with three generations of girls starting with my mother, me and finally Valerie.

How To Make Stake Rails

10 to 16 October 2010

Sunday, it's not raining, it is for we receive Roxanne and Michael, two friends I've known at Standard Life, they were my friends individually before they get to know and become a couple. They are fun and interesting people who travel a lot and we talk naturally travel and retirement, for them, it will be because they are much younger than us. Time passes too quickly, it was a few years that we had not seen them (except for Roxanne Day last month), it will contact them when we return next year.
Monday, the lazy morning is, we leave around 3pm to go shopping and wear things local. Tonight the eight closed are invited from Jocelyne and Michel for the 5-7, we receive our guests like kings, we are served appetizers varied, pies, salads, canapés with onion confit, stuffed tomatoes and j 'in the process. As if all this were not enough food, we eat cheese fondue. The evening was lively and very enjoyable, we all appreciate these beautiful reunion.
Wednesday it rains all day, unfortunately I hate the weather in autumn. We left the caravan to 6: 15am to go to the dentist, the trip goes well and we arrive a little early. Paul must be replaced a seal and spring with a smile awry, he is relieved it's over for this year. We return home to spend the rest of the afternoon and return to town to attend the book launch Nunavik Farfal which Cecilia has worked for over a year. The book contains stunning aerial photos of the far north. The launch is successful, there are plenty of people and we meet people from CNDM and IBM. The journey takes over two hours, it's amazing how there are closed street these days in downtown, how fortunate not to have to go to work in this mess every day.
Thursday it rains. Paul leaves early because today it takes the sailboat out of water, it remains at the club after to do other work in preparation for winter because you have to put anti freeze in the motor and clean the boat hull. I'm lazy and I stay in the caravan for fun to make necklaces, I was asked why I had made bracelets to date, so here I am party to make necklaces is fun.
Friday he does not look very nice in the morning, while it does not rain, Paul continues waxing the trailer. I'm rationing in cabinets and in my clothes to lighten the caravan as possible, we'll put the rest in the warehouse. Paul for his part, gives four large bags full of clothes he had in his office, it will certainly happy because there were nearly new clothes in there. We'll take a look at the sailing club, there are not many people besides Marcel dismasted. Since we are celebrating the 15th anniversary of our marriage, we decided to go eat good shrimp Old Duluth.
Saturday, finally, it is not raining today. Paul decides to go to the warehouse to get his costume for the party closing the club which is October 30 and will be costumed. He is rummaging the negatives of photos taken when he lived in France, he returned triumphant, he had long sought. Meanwhile, I stay here because I want to cook a bit today. Jocelyn called to ask if we're going to CNDM today, I told him no and I invite them to dinner, anyway I was preparing a duck with orange and creamy caramel. In the afternoon, Paul finished waxing the trailer and was relieved because it is hard work and it must shine, which is not obvious these days. Our guests arrive and we spend a nice evening with them, they want to see photos of New Orleans, they might go there this winter.
